Back-to-School Field Hockey Camp
We are pleased to announce the second annual Back-to-School Field Hockey Camp at 8:30am to 11:30am from August 27-30th, 2018 for all ages of athletes. With the ever-successful Volleyball Camp now a regular feature of the late summer, pre-season athletics schedule, the LFA Field Hockey programme has again teamed up with Polar Bears Field Hockey to offer a pre-season field hockey camp for all of our field hockey players, including our incoming Grade 8 (with or without field hockey experience)!
With our Little Flower field hockey program more popular than ever, LFA will again field more teams than any other school in BC. This is your opportunity to come get your touch back on the ball the week before try-outs start. For our incoming Grade 8's, this is your chance to also meet some of the girls you'll be going to school with over the next five years.

Teaming up with Polar Bears
We have teamed up with Polar Bears Field Hockey to help run the camp, which will include athletes from other schools. For our LFA athletes, they'll have the opportunity to access the top quality coaching Polar Bears offers, including Canadian team players, as well as LFA's Senior A coach, Ben Fitch. Girls will be grouped on ability: whether you're a first year player or eyeing a provincial team this year, the camp will challenge and prepare you for the autumn high school hockey season.

The camp will also benefit from being entirely on proper field hockey turf, at Eric Hamber school. Close to LFA but the best possible surface for hockey skills development.
LFA students will get a significant camp discount, as part of our agreement with Polar Bears. At payment, with the promotion code LFA75, Angels get $75 off the camp fees.
