The Board of Directors of the Jane Rowan Society is responsible for ensuring the mission and vision charted by the Sisters of St. Ann, while also planning for the future of LFA. To accomplish this task, the Board is in the early stages of developing a five year strategic plan. A critical first step in this process is a broad based consultation, which will take place in the form of a survey and a series of focus groups. The goal of the survey is to develop an understanding of the views of stakeholders in the community (parents, staff, students, and alumnae) and incorporating those views in the five year strategic planning process. The small, in-person focus groups will be used to dig deeper into the feedback revealed through the survey. 

We want to know what you think about a number of critical aspects of our school. You will receive an email in the next several days with a link to the survey located on a third party, independent server. Your participation is voluntary. Your responses are confidential and your identity will remain anonymous. A strategic planning consultancy, Devonshire Advisory Inc., has been hired to facilitate the process and data analysis.
