Parent-Teacher Interview Booking Instructions

Online reservations can be accessed from the school website. To access the logon screen click the Parent Teacher Interview Signup link located under Highlights on the LFA home page.

Student First Name: Your daughter’s usual first name
Student ID Number: Your daughter’s Student ID number (which can be found at the top of the Report Card or on your daughter’s Transit Go Card). 
Note: We are not using the PEN number this year.

Once logged in, the menu on the left will allow you to view available times, book appointments, and cancel appointments. If you have more than one daughter at LFA you will need to login separately for each.
