LFA-LadySport Summer Volleyball Camp Registration is Now Open:
 
Monday August 26th to Friday August 30th 4pm to 7pm
 
Little Flower Academy is proud to present the annual LFA-LadySport summer volleyball camp.  This camp is brought to you by your very own Sr. volleyball coach and former Canadian Men’s National Team Member Ross. There are three options for the camp (see descriptions below) 
 
Camp 1 (Fundamentals): This camp is for girls entering into grade(s) 8 or 9. The camp will focus on basic volleyball skills, spiking shots and directions, emergency digging, attack and soft blocking, spin serves, team play defense and offence systems.
 
Camp 2 (Fundamentals Plus): This camp is for girls entering into grade(s) 9 or grade 8’s who have played Club Volleyball and are advanced players. The camp will add levels to the basic volleyball skills: spiking, serving, digging, blocking, with a greater complexity to team play, defense and offence systems.
 
Camp 3 (Specialization): This camp is for girls entering into grade(s) 10, 11 or 12. There will be special training for Power Hitters, Middle Blockers, Liberos and Setters for one hour after a fundamental skill group session.
 
We are looking to use this camp to help build upon this year’s success: the senior team placed 4th at the AAA Provincial Championships.
