Angels Win in Shoot Out

After a back and forth game with Rockridge Secondary, where LFA probably held the greater chances, regulation time ended 1-1. Ten minutes of overtime settled nothing, though LFA again poured on the pressure. The shoot-out again solved nothing in the initial round, with some lovely goals and some great saves. In the sixth round of shoot-out, once switched to sudden death, Helena McGee '22 came up with a big save and Alicia Lung '23 sealed the deal with a lovely fake left and a well slotted goal. Now it is off to the AA Provincials in Victoria in early November!
