LFA Students Bring Christmas Cheer with Public Art Display
Over the Holiday Season, Christmas ornaments decorated by LFA Art Students from Grades 8 -12 could be seen adorning Christmas trees in the main entrance of the MacArthurGlen Designer Outlet by the Vancouver International Airport.
The baubles decorated by students evoked great expression and creativity, no doubt bringing tons of Christmas joy to the countless hordes of holiday shoppers that passed by them every day. Included with the artwork was a postcard relaying the following message:
"Grade 8-12 Visual Arts students at Little Flower Academy enjoy expanding their imagination and embracing beauty and creativity in each and every project they undertake. They find that expressing the visual arts allows them to take risks and express their ideas in ways that bring delight and joy to the onlooker."
