Angels Perfect on Day One

Our Senior Field Hockey Angels were on top form today, showing why they came into the Provincial Championship Tournament ranked 4th. They grabbed wins against South Okanagan and the Fraser Valley's GW Graham on the soccer-style turf down at Trillium. Overcoming some spirited defenders and the slow turf, scoring was widely distributed over the two games. The girls really pushed their advantages with a team approach. With the two wins, LFA is top of their pool going into Day 2. They will face Trail, BC's JL Crowe in the morning game to decide the pool resutls. Come out to UBC at 10:15am tomorrow to cheer on our girls.
