LFA Chamber Choir returns from New York

Our Chamber Choir was the only Canadian choir among some of the top high school music programs invited to perform at the prestigious festival after their Gold Performance in April 2014 at one of the Heritage Festivals in Anaheim CA.  Heritage Festivals holds music festivals for middle school and high school bands, choirs and orchestras in major cities all over the United States and Canada.

While in New York, our singers from LFA had the opportunity to work conductor, Dr. Lynn Gackle who is Associate Director of Ensembles and Professor of Ensembles at Baylor University in Waco, Texas.  The week ended with a brilliant performance at New York's iconic theatre, Carnegie Hall where some of the greatest performers have graced the stage.
