make a substantial gift for a modest annual outlay, which is tax deductible.
Indeed, many of us have policies that are no longer needed for their original purpose. You can change your policy to make it payable to Little Flower Academy.
Charitable Gift Annuities
This is the gift that keeps on giving. Charitable gift annuities enable you to make an immediate gift to Little Flower Academy and receive guaranteed income for life.
There are special tax provisions for the gift and annuity combination so both the gift and the income can be larger than you might expect.
Charitable Remainder Trusts
This gift is invested to give you an ongoing income with the capital going to Little Flower Academy upon death.
Gift of Property
