Junior Angels Best Rival

The Angels got off to an early lead, but as the half wore on, both teams struggled to gain the upper hand and it was back and forth. It was the early lead that held, albeit by a slim margin, to half time.

During half time the Angels made their adjustments. They came out renewed and playing Angel-brand basketball. The executed quick ball and motion plays. The basketball finally started “raining” into the basket. The Angels outscored STM 33-16 in the second half, giving them a convincing-looking 57-36 win.

The Angels are so far undefeated in league play but must be at their best if they want to win the LFA tournament this weekend which includes four of the provinces top ranked teams.
