ID: Your daughter’s usual first name
Password: Your daughter’s 9 digit PEN#, found at the top of the report card.
Once logged in, the menu on the left will allow you to view available times, book appointments and cancel appointments. If you have more than one daughter at LFA you will need to login separately for each.
