Big comeback by the Angels to win a tight second set

The LFA Angels took on Delta in their second match of the day and won the first set 25-19 and were cruising in the second with a 19-15 lead. However, the Delta team was able to build a 24-21 lead off some very good serving. Then Alex Artuso went back to serve and after an ace and a couple of freeballs the Angels tied the score 24-24. The game went back and forth with Maddy Farrugia closing out the match with a powerful hit from the left side to secure the 29-27 and the match 2-0. The next match will be at 4pm against Vernon.
