On October 15th, in front of staff, students, and select Flourish Campaign leaders, we broke ground on our new campus.
It was a joyous occasion, made all the more special by the presence of our students, for whom this generational project is truly for. In attendance to break the ground itself was Sr. Nancy Brown on behalf of the Sisters of St. Ann—Sr. Nancy was able to speak with the Sisters before joining our ceremony and shared with us their kind words of support.
The construction of the new campus will be undertaken by Axiom Builders, who will begin their work on November 1st. These are truly monumental and exciting milestones for our school—and for a project that has been years in the planning.
Of course, there is still much work ahead to be done. Our Flourish Campaign is the backbone of this generational project. We have seen an incredible groundswell of support for the project already and we will continue to lean on our greater community to see it through.
We are hoping to share project details with all our school families, alumnae, and friends. If you haven’t already met with us to learn more about the project, the Flourish Campaign, and ways you can get involved and support this generational project, we need to meet!
Please contact Karen Teufel in our Advancement office at teufelk@lfabc.org or by phone at 604-738-9016 ext.107 to set up a time for us to meet.
