Flourish Update: January 2026

This past December saw the structure of the northwest side of campus extend and concrete poured to create free standing walls that will house the stairwell in the new campus. Workers also worked diligently to complete the installation of rebar throughout the foundation of the campus.

The most drastic transformation of the site came in the form of the work done on the front-facing, or Alexandra-facing side of the campus. These past few weeks saw a pit dug up to install foundational support, the installation of rebar, and a general structure emerge with walls constructed for what will ultimately be a stair well.

Taking a big picture look at the site today, the general skeleton of the site has really taken shape. The year ahead will see much of the external work on the campus take place. The mass timber design means that once the foundational and structural work is complete, the final assembly of the building itself will take place rapidly.
