LFA Students Selected as Finalists for 2026 ShowOff! High School Art Competition and Exhibition
LFA’s Kelly Chan ’28 and Greycen Marano ’27 were both recently selected as finalists for Alberta University of Arts' online exhibition.
The Alberta University of the Arts offers Grade 10-12 students across Canada the opportunity to showcase their artwork in the 2026 ShowOff! Art Competition and Exhibition.
In 2024, LFA’s Lori Lai '24 submitted her piece "Labour of Love", a wood sculpture artwork that addresses the comforts of family. Her piece was chosen by a panel of judges for the Award of Distinction and LFA's Art Department was awarded a grant as result.

We’re incredibly proud of Kelly and Greycen for the selection of their respective works. Their work, along with carefully selected pieces from other high school students across Canada, will be showcased in AUArts' online exhibition this year.
