Trying Out for a Team?
There is an important change to the process this year for every girl trying out for a team at LFA. You must now have an Athletic Team Try Out Consent Form completed before trying out.
This school year we will now require every student trying out for an athletic team at LFA to complete a parent consent form before they are allowed on the field/court to try out.
We appreciate this is a new process to previous years. To help, you can download the Athletic Team Try Out Consent Form directly, or log on to the website, where you will find the form on the Parent Page, the Grade Page and on the Resources section of the website.
Student athletes can bring their form to the first try out. Please note that try outs for Senior A Field Hockey, Junior Field Hockey and Senior Volleyball are on the first day of school, so those trying out should bring their form with them.
